Produced and managed owner integrated master schedule for engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) phases for CA$765M pipe rack, tank farm, and flare project for Sturgeon Refinery. Establishing project controls plan, baseline schedules and control budgets. Followed up on weekly forecast quantities, hours, and physical progress; prepared and submitted weekly and monthly report, and overall schedule analysis to Project Manager and Northwest Redwater management team.

·               Interfaced with both internal and external stakeholders, including subcontractors, developing complete loaded baseline schedules with resources, hours, and quantities.

·               Establish functional requirements, methods of measurement, and timely delivery of accurate cost & schedule progress and performance data
